Color: Very intense ruby red with violet hues, soft and evanescent mousse.
Nose: Persuasive aromatic stamp, fragrant and fruity with hints of morello cherry, berries and hints of rose.
Taste: Full and dry , contrasted with just the right acidity.
Pairings: Cold cuts, anolini in broth, first courses, boiled meats, stews.
Tasting temperature: Between 6° and 12°C.
Alcohol content: 10.5% vol.
Training system: spurred cordon.
