Instructions:

Store the product in the refrigerator upon receipt; please note that vacuum-packed Parmigiano Reggiano intact and stored in the refrigerator has a shelf life of about 6 months.

Storage condition:

Parmigiano Reggiano 60 months should be stored in the refrigerator and, once removed from the package, it is recommended to store it inside an airtight container or in the special freshness-saving bag(you can find both products in the “Kitchen Accessories” section of our E-Commerce).
It is recommended that the cheese be consumed within a few months of opening.
