Sensory characteristics:

Color: It is golden blond, bright and clear. The hue varies from transparent to straw yellow and is slightly iridescent.
Scent: has a delicate fragrance of Gaggia flowers. Floral and slightly fruity, new wax.
Taste: it is decidedly sweet, with slight acidity and no aftertaste.
Crystallization: absent
