Storage condition:

Parmigiano Reggiano at 30-month maturation should be stored in the refrigerator and, once removed from the package, it is recommended to store it inside an airtight container or in the special freshness-saving bag (you can find both products in the “Kitchen Accessories” section of our E-Commerce).
It is recommended that the cheese be consumed within a few months of opening.
