The soft paste of this Italian Cheese 100% is white in color and its tender texture on the palate makes it excellent paired with so many dishes.
It is great foraperitifs or during a meal to be eaten in cubes, accompanied by vegetables, fruits and jams.

Storage condition:

Italian Cheese Al Dur ed Perma at 8 Months Maturation should be stored in the refrigerator and, once removed from the package, it is recommended to store it inside an airtight container or in the special freshness-saving bag (you can find both products in the “Kitchen Accessories” section of our E-Commerce).
It is recommended that the cheese be consumed within about 15 to 20 days after opening.
